Located near the villages of Royère-de-Vassivière and Saint-Marc-à-Loubaud. A local AAPPMA permit is required.

Artificial lake in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France, located in Creuse department, covering an area of 6.2 km². The lake is fed by the Thaurion River. Typical French freshwater fish species can be found in the lake.
