The Rance is a coastal river in the western part of France, in northern Brittany, originating from the Mené mountains in the Côtes-d'Armor department. The river, with its deep waters and rich fish stock, is a popular fishing spot. Here you can find specimens of carp, pikeperch, pike, and perch.
