From Hermagor via B87 and local roads, approximately 15 km. Techendorf and Naggl are the main fishing spots. Electric boats only.

The highest navigable lake in the Alps at 930 m elevation. Covering 6.5 km² with a maximum depth of 97 m, its limestone shores give the lake its name. Home to lake trout and arctic char. The lake freezes in winter, hosting speed skating competitions.
